This policy applies to all standard online IT consulting services provided by our company. All refund applications shall follow the unified rules and time limits stated below. We handle all requests fairly in accordance with standard business practices.

Valid refund applications must be submitted within 7 calendar days after order confirmation. Applications submitted beyond this time frame will not be accepted.

Full refund is available if the related service has not been started and no deliverables have been issued. For partially completed services, refund amount will be calculated based on the finished service content. All applications need to be submitted via official online channels with simple description.

Refund will not be granted if all service deliverables have been fully provided, or the scheduled online consultation session has been completed. Refund request will also be declined if users voluntarily abandon the purchased service.

After receiving a complete refund application, our team will review and process the request within 14 working days. You will receive a notification once the processing is finished.

We reserve the right to adjust this refund policy when necessary. Users will be informed of any revisions through official website notices at least 30 calendar days before the updated policy takes effect.
