All services provided by our company are standard online IT consulting services, including assessment, analysis, document compilation and remote guidance. No on-site operation, customized development or technical implementation work is included. All service contents follow unified standard specifications.

Purchased online consulting sessions shall be used within 30 calendar days after order completion. All service related documents and records will be retained for a maximum of 12 months upon service closure, and will be cleared automatically after the period expires.

Users shall provide true, complete and valid information required for service delivery. Users shall not use our services for improper purposes. If invalid information is submitted, we have the right to suspend relevant service arrangements.

For general inquiries and service related messages, we will arrange staff to review and reply within 7 working days after receipt. All communication between both parties shall be conducted through official online channels only.

All analysis reports, suggestions and reference materials provided are for internal reference only. We do not promise specific operational results after users adopt relevant suggestions. Our team is not responsible for adjustments and follow-up work implemented by users independently.

We reserve the right to adjust and update these terms when needed. Notice of updates will be released through official channels, and users will be informed at least 30 calendar days before the new terms take effect.

In case of abnormal use or violation of relevant rules, we may suspend the ongoing service. Users may submit a review application within 14 calendar days after service suspension for further handling.
