Service Delivery Policy

This policy is effective immediately

Delivery Mode

All services are delivered via fully remote online channels, including electronic documents and scheduled online consultation sessions. We do not provide any offline, on-site delivery or physical product distribution services. All service interactions and file handover are completed through official online channels.

Standard Delivery Cycle

After order confirmation and receipt of required information from users, all service deliverables will be completed and delivered within 5 working days. The specific delivery time follows the standard cycle corresponding to each service item.

Online Consultation Session Validity

All booked online consultation sessions must be used within 30 calendar days from the date of order completion. Unused sessions will expire automatically after the above period.

Delivered File Storage Period

All electronic reports, lists, templates and other delivered files will be kept in our system for a maximum of 12 months after full service completion. Files will be permanently cleared once the storage period ends.

Enquiry & Follow-up Response

For questions, feedback or follow-up requests related to delivered services, we will respond and provide relevant support within 7 working days after receiving your message.

Delay Caused by User Factors

If service delivery is delayed due to failure to provide required materials or cooperation on time, the original delivery cycle will not be reset. We will arrange delivery according to the actual time when complete information is received.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to adjust this delivery policy when necessary. Users will be notified of updates through official channels at least 30 calendar days before the revised policy takes effect.
